Dr. Caldwell brings to Success Culture Consultant/Coaching a passion for quality leadership with a desire to help current and aspiring athletics department leaders become better leaders developing a system that results in a culture of winning. But not just on competitive fields and courts but with knowledge on how to elevate organizational performance, strategic planning, systemic evaluations aligning athletics operations with university mission and vision.

Dr. Caldwell has an earned Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University, an M.A. in Health Physical Education – with a minor in Behavior Psychology from the University of Alabama Birmingham, a B.S. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Miles College. He also is a relationship coach and Health and Wellness Coach. His main focus now is on school performance.
